A founding member of the Matrix leadership team, Mr. Rajendra Burdak brings over 16 years of profound expertise in training students for JEE Main and Advanced. As one of the most senior faculty members across all departments, RB Sir is deeply respected by both students and peers for his academic maturity, calm leadership, and unwavering commitment to the educational community at MHS World School.

Before co-founding Matrix, RB Sir honed his craft teaching Mathematics at some of India’s most prestigious coaching institutes. He is celebrated for his "simplicity-first" pedagogy—a rare ability to deconstruct complex mathematical theorems into approachable, logical steps.
