Fee Notes:

1. Summer uniforms and books/study material will be given without any extra charges. Student would need to purchase winter uniform additionally.
2. Registration fee (only for new admissions) is INR 3000. If student wishes to take scholarship test, INR 200 will be charged for the test.
3. For direct admission in grade X or XII (CBSE), INR 6,000 extra will be charged.

Fee Deposit Plan:

1st instalment: At the time of admission
2nd instalment: 3 months from admission date or July 2023 (whichever is later)
3rd instalment: To be deposited before 30thOctober 2023
Students will not be allowed to attend school if fees is not deposited after due date

Rebates:

1. 10% Sibling concession would be offered to 2nd child till both children are in MHS. The concession would be only offered if both students are in MHS.
2. INR 4,000 extra rebate will be offered for the wards of serving and retired army personnel.
3. 5% concession on One Time Payment.

Admission, Refund & Scholarship Policy:

1. All the scholarships offered through scholarship test/Matrix Olympiad/M-SAT are valid for 1st year only. For subsequent years, the scholarships would be based on the academic performance at MHS only. If a student qualifies for more than one scholarship, only one scholarship with highest amount will be applicable.
2. No refund will be made after 21 days. If a student chooses to withdraw his/her admission within 21 days of admission, one month’s hostel fee (in case the student is a hosteller) and 10% of overall tuition fee will be deducted and the rest will be refunded through RTGS/Bank transfer only.
3. Scholarships are awarded assuming that the students availing the scholarships will bring laurels to the school. Hence, any scholarships offered in class IX and XI will be applicable only if student continues class X and XII in MHS. If student withdraws admission at end of IX or XI, any scholarships given in those classes will be null and void

2. Scholarships based on Matrix Olympiad: Applicable as mentioned in scholarship letter.
3. Upto 90% Scholarships are also available for class 4 to 12 students based on Admission test at the time of admission. The scholarship tests are adaptive computer based tests.

Scholarship Notes:

1. If a student is eligible for more than one scholarship, then he/she can only avail one scholarship that provides maximum benefits. No student can avail more than one scholarship under any circumstances.
2. The percentage of first five subjects in grade X CBSE will be taken into consideration while disbursing scholarship to XI and XII students
