Fee Structure

Fee Notes:

1. Summer uniforms and books/study material will be given without any extra charges. Student would need to purchase winter uniform separately for INR 4500.
2. Registration fee (only for new admissions) is INR 5000 which is non-refundable. If student wishes to appear for scholarship test, INR 300 will be charged for the test.
3. Pre-foundation fee (for classes VI to X) INR 15,000/- will be charged additionally.

Fee Deposit Plan:

1. 1^st installment : At the time of admission
2. 2^nd installment : First week ofSeptember.
Note : After due date of submission of Fee 10% late Fee will be charged. Student will be deprived to attend school if fee is due after multiple reminders. No exception would be entertained in this regard.

Rebates:

1. 10% Sibling concession would be offered to 2nd child. The concession would be only offered if both students are in MHS.
2. INR 5,000 extra rebate will be offered for the ward of serving and retired army personnel (only the eldest child).
3. 5% concession if the entire fee is deposited at the time of admission/session change. The concession will be applicable only if the entire fee is deposited within 5 days of admission/Session change. If the entire fee is not deposited within 5 days, this concession will not be applicable under any circumstances.

Admission, Refund & Scholarship Policy:

1. All the scholarships offered through scholarship test/Matrix Olympiad/M-SAT are valid for lSt year only. For subsequent years, the scholarships would be based on the academic performance at MHS only. Ifa student qualifies for more than one scholarship, only one scholarship with highest amount will be applicable.
2. No refund will be made after 21 days. If a student chooses to withdraw his/her admission within 21 days of admission, 10% of overall tuition fee will be deducted. Amount of study material, uniform etc will be deducted separately and the rest will be refunded through RTGS/Bank transfer only after submission of refund request along with original fee receipt.
3.The refund process will take minimum 10-15 days from the date of request submitted.
4. Scholarships/Rebates are awarded assuming that the students availing the scholarships/rebates will bring laurels to the school. Hence, any scholarships/rebates offered in class IX will be applicable only if student continues class X in MHS. If student withdraws admission at end of IX, any scholarships/rebates given in those classes will be null and void.
