The Gateway to American Mathematical Excellence
The American Math Olympiad (AMO) is an international competition for students in Grades 2 to 12. Jointly organized by the Singapore International Math Contests Centre (SIMCC) and Southern Illinois University (SIU), it is designed to promote a deeper understanding of mathematics based on the US Common Core Standards.
At MHS World School, we encourage our students to participate in AMO to benchmark their skills against international standards and unlock prestigious academic opportunities in the United States.
Why Compete in AMO?
